NIR upload not working for palnts

Trying to upload NIR data, and I am getting this error:

They all exist in the database. Using must recent version (1.82) of breedbase.

Hi Chris, when uploading your NIRS data, did you create a sampling trial first? When creating a sampling trial you can create samples that use these plants as sources, and then use the created samples when uploading the NIRS data.
For example your sample trial file would look like this, with your plants under source_observation_unit_name:

And your NIRS data file would use the sample names from this file like this:

Hi Ben, thanks, we will try it using the sampling trial method. If this is the only way to do it, then I would recommend updating the directions presented in the web interface as they state that plant_ids can be used.
