feat: ✨ Evaluate and define a flexible Header Bar component for Solid Design System

User Story

As a product team building branded, mobile-first applications (e.g. KidStarter and partner-bank variants), I want a configurable Header Bar component in the Solid Design System, so that I can handle main level, sub level and partner branding consistently without custom one-off solutions.

Acceptance Criteria

• A first evaluation clarifies if a generic Header Bar / App Bar pattern should be part of SDS or an extension of existing header patterns.
• Outcome (go / no-go, open questions, next steps) is documented and, if relevant, follow-up implementation tickets are identified.
