Randomize CP_ID

First of all, thank you for contributing this project to the industry, much appreciated!

We included the docker image in a docker-compose with `scale: 9` and need something to reliably generate the `CP_ID` with a prefix, in a deterministic way (so we can make it repeatable for testing.

Do you have something like this in mind, how to do it best or can we propose a PR?
