[Suggestion] Add an option to make turn off Curses through Anvils

Woudl liek to make it so you only get curses through the enchant table, so that someoen repearing their items in an anvil do not have a chance to pick up a curse.

repairing an item shouldnt apply a curse, only adding new enchantments should

I would also just like the option to turn that off. I am currently using the "only non enchanted" config option, but something more granular would be nice.
