[Bug]: Stubby curse doesn't work #18

Describe the bug you're experiencing
1.20.1 Fabric. Bow always fires strong arrows, no damage change also. No other mods used. Other curses work fine.
Reproducability
Enchant bow with stubby curse, fire 20 arrows, observe no effect.
Mod up to date
- Before submitting this issue I updated to the newest version and reproduced it
