[Bug]: Loose could cause item duplication

Describe the bug you're experiencing

hold an item with the loose enchantment and put it in your offhand, then trigger the curse, you will find the item is throw out, but there is still one in your offhand.

Here is my version info:
Minecraft: 1.20.1
Forge: 47.3.0
Cursey: 4.2

Reproducability

everyone could use this bug with an item with the loose enchantment.
