Cred attribution for CredSperiment Alpha

We'll want an initiative to track the work that goes into The CredSperiment

Talked about in Team call 4/30.

Because CredSperiment is an ongoing Initiative and don't have a good way to express those (#44). We'll frame the CredSperiment in finite stages.

• CredSperiment Alpha: from the start until the beta.1 milestone is reached.
• CredSperiment Beta: from beta.1 onward untill ...TBA.

The work to run and maintain the experiment can be added as contributions there.
Furthermore the following contributions were identified.

• Dependencies:
  • Timeline Cred
  • Discourse Plugin
  • Scores API
• Contributions:
  • Set up the payment observable notebooks
  • Get PL signoff and budget to fund the CredSperiment
  • Coordinate funding with PL and Amico
  • Effect grain transfers
  • Weekly grain distributions
