FEATURE REQ: Allow read-only Discord channels in a guild.

This feature would allow spacebot to read channels in a guild and learn about it and ingest it's contents and facts into memory, and then can be queried against in a relative spacebot-only talking channel to ask questions about what's going on in that guild.

I'll provide a use case:

My company uses Discord to handle all of its operations in about ~157 channels. These channels have ongoing day to day conversations about company operations, customer's job updates, etc. If spacebot could listen to these, a dedicated #spacebot channel could quite literally be used to ask questions about what's been going on, and provide summaries on a day to day basis.
