Persist Icon Size for Ephemeral Locations

Please add the feature to persist icon sizes for non-indexed locations. I know this was brought up in issue #1482 but that was a year and a half ago and I don't see a finish line for it yet. It's really a non-starter for me to use this application as my daily driver file management system until this is resolved
