Adjustments to FT231X circuit. Package updates.

- Disconnecting FTDI 3.3V (VCCIO) from ATmega328's 3.3V bus
- Getting rid of MOSFET on DTR line. 5V, 10k pull-up does the job just
fine.
- Adding vias to ISP test points.
- Tailing the dimensions of the board in a bit. Board is now
Arduino-standard 2.1" tall (was 2.14")
- Updating 1x10, 1x08, and 1x06 packages to minimize false DRC errors.
- Updating these packages for QC: resonator, MBRA140 diode, PTC, barrel
jack, reset button.
