Generate links for SPDX example

As discussed on the tech call, we'd like to have an example page published which includes an example for all classes.

PR spdx/spdx-spec#1299 has an example generated from the current schema.

@JPEWdev has created an example to HTML translator in Python.

To complete the work, we need to update the spec-parser to include the links in the generated HTML and update the spec-parser CI to publish the example HTML.

We'll need a predictable way to do the links. If needed, I can update the code that generates the examples to produce URI's in a more predictable fashion (e.g. https://spdx.org/example/[spec-version]#[type]-[N] where [spec-version] is the version of the spec including the patch level, [type] is the type string used in the JSON-LD serialization and [N] is a number used to make sure we have unique URI values for each type.
