Disable issues and PRs

Hi,

Since the repo moved to Bitbucket, it might make sense to disable the issues and pull request features in the project settings on GitHub (maybe after you've imported the relevant GH issues into Bitbucket).

Wiki could be disabled too I guess.

The whole repo was supposed to be shut down. Unfortunately, I don't recall the password I used to create the speedcrunch account long ago (nor the email address). And I can't seem to admin the project's account from my account.
