I am a beginner in SpineOpt modeling. I get this error in some cases.

How to solve this issue?

When I saw that error before, I had accidentally switched the input and output in the 'run spineopt' tool in my Spine Toolbox workflow. Maybe you have made the same mistake?

sorry, you've exported the spine workflow. I need the contents of your input database. To export that input, go inside of the database (the spine db editor will open) and go to the file menu to export.

Sorry, I cannot reproduce your error. I have no issues running your model. I still suspect an improper configuration of your workflow.

One thing I did notice was that you may have been using an older version so it may be worth upgrading if you can. But I don't think it has anything to do with your error.

Thank you for your efforts. I update Julia and the error disappeared.
