RRSG example not working

I had four problems running this example.

• h5py was missing and had to be installed.
• then the conversion script did not work for python3 because h5py package was for python 2 (but using python 2 then worked)
• the magntiude flag was not accepted (by the downloaded Linux binary) and had to be changed
• recon fails with "Expected dimensions were 16,27121,3, but were 3,27121,16,1 on disk"

I have no fix for the last error yet

The RRSG example has now been updated into a notebook, which runs successfully in MyBinder with the new v0.6 release. I'm not sure if this direct link will work: https://hub.gke2.mybinder.org/user/spinicist-riesling-examples-xaoj7os3/lab/tree/rrsg-cgsense.ipynb but if not, start the MyBinder here: https://mybinder.org/v2/gh/spinicist/riesling-examples/HEAD and then select the rrsg-cgsense Notebook.

The last problem identified above is because the data conversion script needed updating to reflect recent changes in riesling. This has now been done. I am not sure what the h5py Python version problem is - as far as I know, h5py is Python 3 compatible. It works in MyBinder with a Python 3 kernel.
