At present, junior team members and the Chair account have access to all recruitment drives, which is irrelevant.

OPC accounts should have the ability to grant specific access to other admin accounts (such as APCs, COCOs, DPCs, and the Chair), which includes access to specific recruitment drives, even multiple drives at the same time. Additionally, OPC accounts need to have the option to deactivate or remove admin accounts.
