Single url on load

How would one modify breach so that it starts up on a specific web page (without any tabs or url bar) and doesn't ask to install any plugins?

I tried to download a fresh version of breach but it seems to have the old plugins installed, I'm not too sure how to remove them.

The intent is to make a phone gap like library that uses breach for OS X instead.
