Introduction

Chris Stinemetz is a cloud/platform and full-stack engineer focused on automation, reliability, and developer experience. Work spans Kubernetes GitOps and cloud infrastructure (ArgoCD, Helm, Azure, Terraform, Crossplane) as well as full-stack development and Python automation for repeatable workflows.

Background started with automating manual tasks (scripting), expanded into SQL/Linux and web development, and was formalized with a B.S. in Computer Science (Regis University). Current interests include building modern web experiences (SvelteKit) and moving from infrastructure consumer to creator (Crossplane CRDs/compositions).

A recent highlight: designing and deploying an ArgoCD hub-and-spoke architecture that abstracts administrative complexity from application teams while maintaining centralized control and scalable onboarding.
