Hi, I'm LpzDeimar, a passionate coding teacher with a clear mission: to make coding accessible to everyone. My journey in tech education began when I joined the non-profit Generation, where I had the opportunity to teach basic coding knowledge and skills to countless students completely free of charge, positively impacting their lives.

During my time at Generation, I had the privilege of being an instructor in a variety of technologies, including React, Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. My approach to teaching is not limited to imparting technical knowledge; I also focus on instilling good coding practices and developing a strong work ethic in my students. For me, coding is more than just writing lines of code; it's about understanding how to write concise, efficient and maintainable code that addresses real-world challenges.

My teaching methods go beyond the virtual classroom. My main goal is for my students, especially women and disadvantaged immigrants, to become competent and confident programmers, ready to tackle real-world technology projects and challenges. I strongly believe that technology should be an inclusive and diverse field, and I strive to provide learning opportunities for people of all ages, backgrounds, and circumstances.

In addition to my work in education, my commitment to the technology community does not stop there. I have actively contributed to open source projects and have participated in non-profit organizations related to education and technology. I am determined to build a more inclusive and collaborative coding ecosystem.

For now, I continue to work independently without being tied to any company or organization, simply because it is my passion and my commitment to inclusion and diversity in technology is unwavering.
