Better Willie/Sopel Integration #2
Description
At this point the script is extremely hacky and not very well integrated with Willie/Sopel. This script should be made to conform to the coding standards required of supported plugins of Sopel and to leverage any setup/configuration/command functionality offered by the bot framework.
