Feature: Import macros from Wrayth XML file

None of these are major game breaking flaws, just little things that break my flow in day-to-day activities when using Warlock.

• Macro import from Wrayth XML file
• Alt+Enter to repeat next-to-last command entered, Ctrl+Enter to repeat last command
• Num Pad Enter sends command currently in prompt instead of always repeating last command
• Ctrl+C to copy text

• Esc key to fully scroll window down.
