parameter "group.by" in subsetCellChat doesn't work #738
Description
I was getting an error when I subset a cellchat object using idents marked with ‘group.by‘. The command line is as follows：
cellchatsub <- subsetCellChat(cellchat, idents.use=c("T"),group.by = "Location")
The error message is as follows:
Update slots object@images, object@net, object@netP in a single dataset... | | 0 % ~calculating Error in if (nrow(adjmatrix) != ncol(adjmatrix)) { : argument is of length zero
