PromptMode.CUSTOM not working

Hello!

When will it be possible to use PromptMode.CUSTOM in the Mobile Payments SDK? Currently, setting the custom mode doesn’t work. Will support for this be added, and if so, in which release?

I've also been running into issues with this. I tried patching the SDK with an expanded enum mapping, but when I set the prompt mode to custom, it failed to register any tap to pay events. Is there some additional setup / parameters that need to be supplied when working with custom vs default prompt mode?

We're working on supporting CUSTOM prompt mode but no ETA.

@dinomut1 I think the additional setup you may be missing is that you get a PaymentHandle back from startPayment and then you'll need to grab the tapToPay payment method from additionalPaymentMethods and then call the trigger function on that additional payment method. That will invoke the Tap to Pay functionality within the SDK.
