Per repository pattern+replacement settings

Pretty often we work with multiple git repositories in one workspace, and each repository has different rules to name the commits. But in the "Git Prefix" extension we can configure only one pattern+replacement pattern per workspace.

To resolve this issue, would be great to have the ability to set the different patterns per git repository, is it hard to implement?

By the way, VS Code seems to support per-folder settings:

but I can't find any way to configure them, it always shows the "No Settings Found" message there.
