Hide `idno` elements marked as `@subtype="deprecated"` (e.g., old CBSC browse links)

Any idno element in persons or places that are marked with a @subtype of "deprecated" should be hidden in the HTML view. These will include things like the old CBSC browse links which we want to retain for data provenance reasons, but which no longer resolve.

Initial data updates for this are in srophe/syriaca-data#1266, ready to be merged. Maybe we want to wait to merge until the xslt change is ready?

Yes, https://syriaca.org/place/10 is an example. The URI for the old CBSC should be hidden; on the master branch of syriaca-data, it has @subtype="deprecated" but I haven't pulled that into the gaddel-development branch yet. I can merge those in this morning

@wlpotter Sorry, I dont think I understand the issue correctly, I do not see a URI with @subtype="deprecated" in the example record, is it somewhere else?

Hmm it looks like the pull request didn't trigger the GH actions? @emgeier my thought was that merging the PR #1266 (updates from master into gaddel_development) would run the workflows, but not sure what I did wrong...
