Replace "Authors" with "Partner Projects" rotating carousel #271
Description
We would like to replace the "Authors" card with a rotating carousel featuring the various Partner Projects of Syriaca.
These will include:
- John of Ephesus
- SPEAR?
- SMBL?
- Others?
Each will need a background image, short description, and link to project
All will have a link to "view all partner projects" that goes to an anchor on the projects.html page (to be created)
- the top and bottom of these cards will also link to this same projects page
This should be a rotating carousel, where the images change every 3ish seconds, fading into the next
