Footnotes not displaying in physDesc

See #341 for general display discussion; perhaps should wait on #401 to be completed? Footnotes (i.e., note[@type="footnote]) also appear in the physDesc/p, but are not being displayed.

The asterisk for the note is displaying: "The volume originally consisted of 35 quires *, signed with letters". But the footnote should display at the bottom of the section. Here is the full xml for the physDesc/p:

<p>Vellum, about 14 3/4 in. by 12 1/2, consisting of 233 leaves, a few of
                      which, at the beginning and end, are much stained and slightly torn. The
                      volume originally consisted of 35 quires <note type="footnote">Not 36, as
                      erroneously given in the manuscript, for sheet 34 is signed <foreign xml:lang="syr">ܠܕ</foreign>

                      signed with letters; but the first 12 have been lost, with the exception of two

Adding to this that we will also have instances in handNote elements, so we will want to ensure our display can handle footnotes appearing anywhere in the document/html. MS 25 will be an example with a footnote in a handNote
