Description
See #341 for general display discussion; perhaps should wait on #401 to be completed? Footnotes (i.e., note[@type="footnote]) also appear in the physDesc/p, but are not being displayed.
Example: https://dev-bl.vuexistapps.us/ms/19
The asterisk for the note is displaying: "The volume originally consisted of 35 quires *, signed with letters". But the footnote should display at the bottom of the section. Here is the full xml for the physDesc/p:
<p>Vellum, about 14 3/4 in. by 12 1/2, consisting of 233 leaves, a few of
which, at the beginning and end, are much stained and slightly torn. The
volume originally consisted of 35 quires <note type="footnote">Not 36, as
erroneously given in the manuscript, for sheet 34 is signed <foreign xml:lang="syr">ܠܕ</foreign>
on the first leaf and <foreign xml:lang="syr">ܠܗ</foreign> on the last.</note>,
signed with letters; but the first 12 have been lost, with the exception of two
leaves of <foreign xml:lang="syr">ܐ</foreign> and one leaf of <foreign xml:lang="syr">ܒ</foreign>.
Each page is divided into two columns (only fol. <locus from="1b">1 b</locus>
has three), of from 36 to 49 lines. It was written in <placeName ref="http://syriaca.org/place/7">Egypt</placeName>,
