Displaying the provenance element

The provenance section is not displaying. E.g., https://dev-bl.vuexistapps.us/ms/1151 doesn't show the info about Adam Clarke's ownership.

Where should this appear in the HTML? Note that we may want a data issue for reviewing and normalizing how we encode this information as well
