Default display East Syriac font for explicitly tagged strings

If an element is explicitly tagged with an @xml:lang attribute of "*-Syrn", it should be displayed using the East Syriac font, overriding other defaults.

This applies to:

• syr-Syrn
• ar-Syrn
• tr-Syrn
