Correct usage of syriacatags?

As an example, is this the correct usage for syriacatags on additions 1 and 2? As standard tag vocabulary, I have used "doxology", "scribal-colophon", "ownership-inscription", and "colophon-incertus". Are these strings too long? Do they cover what we need for this tag?
