Data update, serialization needed

@wsalesky here's another data issue that will require RDF updates. We've had issues with a couple of names that are causing problems. One I fixed a few weeks ago: f52ae5a. Here's the second: b536691.

This will require that we rerun the RDF for two persons files: person/2032 and person/3260 (in gaddel_development).
