Update shapeToTable to include shape URI #3
Description
Currently the form just puts the Class URI and not the URI for the shape itself.
Propose making this change:
Name: TemplateClass
Class URI: http://open-services.net/ns/xxx#TemplateClass
Shape URI: http://open-services.net/ns/xxx/shapes/TemplateClass
