OSM server issue ?

Hello,

From the start of a job, i get after 10s a popup that it failed to get an area then i looked at console and i saw this

I'm using 210 version, i tried 209, same issue.

The openstreetmap API seems to have throttled you. Sometimes it needs time. Sometimes visiting http://overpass-api.de/api/kill_my_queries in a web browser helps. Try that and let me know.

Visiting the link did nothing, but i got some print when i was trying during the start of the process.
Anyway each process has the popup to pop, and i always get the same size water.osm and costs.osm in my work folder. See the capture. I have try with the default small draw area, same result.
I have default settings in gui.
