Voice banks/usts and audio file won't make sound #2028

🐛 Describe the bug
Whenever I try to play a project nothing makes sound. This has been affecting all of my projects and I have no idea how or why this happened, everything seemed to be fine until today. Both the vb and audio is silent.
The phonemizers I've been using have worked properly on the voicebanks before and I know about converting VCV usts into being CV friendly. The usts have also properly worked before. I've tried to see if restarting my laptop could work but it didn't.

I'm unsure on how I produced this bug, but this is how I encountered it today
- Create new project
- Import mp3 file
- Import ustx
- Click on play
- Everything is silent and won't make noise
