win client doesn't accept android backup info

When installing windows desktop version of sphinx the instructions are clear but results in an error "Invalid restore string" on the windows client. I'm posting screenshots of the steps in order with the error intact. Account information has been blurred.

I've tethered the phone to the desktop to share the clipboard and still get he same error out of the resource string submitted even with the clipboard helper tool to share the data without any issue or difference.
