Enterprise: Separate logo for login page and admin interface (with additional CSS control)

Title pretty much says it all. The logo on login page is allowed to enlarge and grow and take up all space which makes it look all nice:

However the header inside the admin interface is hard-coded to only be allowed to take 25px height:

Would be nice to:

a) Allow the control of having different logo between the two
and/or
b) Change the CSS for the admin interface logo.

Just being able to adjust the CSS for my logo manually would allow me to adjust it to make it fit

I believe there is an issue created for this already on the webadmin repo. This will be reviewed shortly as the webadmin needs to be rewritten.
