ZeroDivisionError: division by zero

Hi,

I am trying to use PALM to evaluate selection on multiple SNPs. But I keep receving the error "ZeroDivisionError: division by zero" when I am trying to estimate the SNP likelihood. I would be so grateful if you can assist me!

Here is my command:

P.s. The coal file is generated from RELATE
