Error with shapes of pval and beta

I'm trying to run PALM and ran into this problem:

I checked other issues and saw that other people have had the same issue (Sept 2020). I think I'm running already with the solution proposed but I'm still getting the error. Do you have an idea why? Or a possible solution?
