Library Linking & End-To-End Example `Ag`

Important for moving forward is to handle the following two related items:

1. Standardized modification of ENV to allow for non-standard lib/include use, since I'm explicitly not requiring them into /usr/local.
2. Using this, create a complete example for Ag handling all dependencies down to libc. Anything that can be built, should be handled by requires dependencies.
