Release JS package that excludes Hyperbee #42
Description
In conversation with @benhylau, I realized it would be beneficial to release a JavaScript package that includes our schema, digital signatures, timestamping, and dag-cbor encoding, but which does not include Hyperbee. This would allow a user to use a different database or system for storage and indexing.
