Navigation menu for SPA #76
Description
Menu in spa-index.html that allows the user to navigate between modules.
Accept Criteria:
-Styled header
-Menu with at least two of the single page app modules
-When a menu item is click, the url changes to the expected hash (i.e. #instructors/ or #courses/)
