file missing since fork

I had to reinstall Igor on a new system and I run into problems.

I am looking here:

the following instructions
git clone https://github.com/statbiophys/IGoR.git
cd IGoR
./configure && make && sudo make install

Unfortunately configure file does not exist in the repository when I clone it.
Would it be possible to have one or perhaps update with new installation instructions?

Thanks this will be changed in the next release to

$ sudo apt-get install build-essential wget
$ wget https://github.com/statbiophys/IGoR/releases/download/1.4.2/igor_1.4.2.zip
$ unzip igor_1.4.2.zip
$ cd igor_1.4.2
$ ./configure && make && sudo make install
