Solr installation failing

Something in our Puppet config is no longer working for Solr installation. Looks like wget on the package isn't working.

I've experienced this. The apache_mirror variable in the modules/solr/manifests/params.pp points to apache.cs.utah.edu. The site is still a mirror for Solr but doesn't have the old version, 4.5.0; just the newer versions.

You can edit the params.pp file under the statedecoded-vagrant directory or in the similar place under /tmp/vagrant-puppet directory in the vagrant virtual machine. The former requires halting and destroying the virtual machine before doing 'vagrant up'. The latter requires running 'vagrant provision'.
