Trying to generate data under the alternative, I wonder how to choose the parameter moi for a binary complex trait model? Indeed, it is not very clear for me on how the different models of inheritance are expressed under the logistic model. I carefully read your paper and the documentation as well, but I did not find anything about how the model is built under the different scenarios. Do you have any insights regarding this ?
