Big network with many vertices: edges dance when you hover over them and tooltips do not display

Hi,

First of all, thank you very much for this great package!
I created a big network with many vertices.
I would like the edges to be clickable in order to show a tooltip.
Problem: the arrows go back and forth and cannot be clicked when there are too many elements. Attached is a screenshot of the issue.
I think the issue is related to the size of the arrow as it disappears if I don't use arrow. But... I really need arrows as my connections are directional.
Any idea on how to fix this issue?
