Add support for attributes in codadump list/ascii #93
Description
It is currently not possible to show the attribute content of XML and netCDF/HDF files when performing a 'codadump list' or 'codadump ascii'.
We should add an option that will allow including these attributes in the output (e.g. -a, --attributes as available for the yaml/json output).
We should then also have a way to filter on which attributes to include with the -f, --filter option. For instance, by using e.g. foo.bar@baz
