Support Folia #383
Description
Would be very nice to see support for Folia (https://github.com/PaperMC/Folia), as my plugin is able to support it but unfortunately IF causes some errors.
Basically, all uses of the bukkit scheduler need to be changed to use one of the schedulers on Folia. IF seems to only do this in 4 places so it should be fairly straight forward - unsure about other issues though, but should be fine.
