Feature request: calendar list add/subscribe command

When a calendar is shared with you, it doesn't automatically appear in gog calendar calendars. The calendar can be queried by ID directly, but there's no way to add it to your calendar list via the CLI.

Current behavior:

• gog calendar calendars only shows calendars already in your list
• No command exists to add a shared calendar to your list
• Users must manually add calendars via the Google Calendar web UI

Requested feature:
Add a command to subscribe to/add a calendar to your calendar list:

gog calendar add

Example usage:

gog calendar add family03146443674026311595@group.calendar.google.com

Implementation notes:

• Calendar ID can be an email or ...@group.calendar.google.com ID
• Optional flags: --color, --hidden, --selected, --summary-override
