Automatically load contract information after entering the Contract ID #1910

What problem does your feature solve?
On Contract Explorer page, users currently need to enter contract ID and click the load contact button to view the information.
What would you like to see?
It'd be better if the contract loaded automatically when address is entered without requiring an additional click.
