`CheckNoErrorsAndPairwiseConsistency` is flaky

We've recently seen some mission failures (example) due to the CheckNoErrorsAndPairwiseConsistency failing.
We need to double check it is doing what’s expected. It’s possible the info endpoint isn’t responding on time resulting in the check failure.
