Repeat deploy of a batch

As a content editor I sometimes have batches that I want to deploy more then once, e.g. setting up some standard batch or batch outline that I can use over and over.

One suggestion would be to be able to deploy from the history view. Another possibility would be that we always keep deployed batches and only delete them when user has explicitly told us to.

Could even have a checkbox in the Edit Batch view saying something along the line of (x) Delete batch after deploy
